These Terms of Use govern access to Cass County Inmate Population. Anyone who does not agree with these terms should not use the site, its search boxes, or its links to Cass County, Minnesota, state, federal, immigration, court, or partner resources.

Cass County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with Cass County, the Cass County Sheriff's Office, Cass County Jail, MNDOC, BOP, ICE, any court, or any government office. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, tenant screening, employment screening, insurance screening, or any other FCRA-covered service.

What This Website Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, court files, booking photos, warrants, DOC records, federal prison records, or immigration detention records. It cannot confirm current custody, release anyone, file a court document, alter a jail record, or speak for a government office.

The site points visitors toward public inmate and jail-record resources in Cass County and Minnesota. It may also connect visitors with third-party research tools that are separate from this site and from any public agency.
